By using NapWise you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using the app

NapWise is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

2. Subscriptions & billing

NapWise Pro is offered as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.

4. Not a medical device

NapWise supports healthy rest but is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a professional for sleep concerns.

5. Alarm reliability

The alarm depends on your device settings, including Do Not Disturb and silent mode. NapWise cannot guarantee the alarm will sound in every configuration.

6. Limitation of liability

NapWise is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed alarms or indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
