The alarm did not sound

The most common cause is Do Not Disturb or the silent switch. NapWise plays a test alarm during setup so you can check your configuration, and Settings inside the app links straight to the right system screens.

Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled there too. You can restore a previous purchase anytime from Settings inside the app.
